Storage: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Nose: Fruity with good intensity and subtlety on the nose. Fresh with the presence of green apples and hints of grass and chili peppers.

Palate: In taste, good density, bitterness present. In the aftertaste, a very interesting spiciness is typical of extra virgin oils.
