Appearance: Clean, colorless with silver reflections and medium tears.

Nose: Medium-bodied with moderate intensity. Reminds us of dried fruits, and herbaceous notes with a slight carob finish. Recommended for cocktails with a structured profile.

Palate: Aromas of peach, melon, and blond raisin with floral notes such as geranium and grass.
