TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Clean, colorless with silver reflections and medium tears.

Nose: Pisco with a good fruity aroma. Subtle within the aromatics. Reminiscent of flowers, orange blossom, aromatic herbs, red apples, and toasted almonds.

Palate: Dry sensation. Medium to medium plus alcohol, with a moderate body. Reminiscences of blond raisins appear. Short duration, moderate herbal note.
