TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Clean, colorless with silvery reflections and medium tears.

Nose: Moderate alcohol. Green notes such as green mango, aromatic fresh grass, lemon verbena, chamomile, tea, and floral hints reminiscent of white flowers. On the fruity side peach, green apple, and orange peel. Also, blond raisins, dried pomace, and cinnamon.

Palate: Sweet sensation at the beginning, somewhat warm and medium-bodied. The aftertaste highlights candied fruit, dried orange, raisins, lemon verbena, tea, orange peel, rue, boldo, and citrus notes.
