TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clean and bright. A wine with purplish red color, of medium intensity.
Nose: Ripe fruit. Basically, reminds us of blackberries, ripe plums, and a pleasant reminiscence of fig jam.
Palate: Semi-dry, moderately intense, and persistent. In the aftertaste, there are hints of ripe fruit that are also perceived in the nose.
Food Pairing: Chinese food and elderberry-based desserts such as elderberry cheesecake. Also, with chifa, grilled chicken, and pizzas.
